We were recently awarded the Heritage Centre Association Small Business of the Year Award at their annual awards banquet. We are humbled by this recognition and would like to thank everyone that has helped us through the past two years. THANKS!!

Root Art Center is again hosting Good.Clean.Sweat.  We are excited to host this event again due to the great turnout last time and the great time everyone had.  The festivites start around 8:00 pm.  To get tickets just drop by Root Art Center any weekday from 10am to 6pm or get them on the night of the party, November 21st.  For more info go to the Good.Clean.Sweat. website.

MVNU’s Art Alumni are hosting an art show at the future site of the MVNU Arts and Education Center.  There will be a reception on Saturday, Nov. 15 from 1:30-3:30pm.  During the reception, there will be a silent auction of the artwork donated by Art Alumni and Faculty to raise money for the Crispin Webb Art Scholarship

The Root Art Center is proud to announce The Kenyon Review Literary Festival taking place November 6 - 8 in Gambier, Ohio.  One part of the festival we are especially excited about is a workshop on book arts presented by local artist Ellen Sheffield.  The sign up for the workshop is here, as well as some other valuable information about the Literary Festival.
