This was a very inspiring time period visually,
with such things as Flappers, Zoot suits, and Tommy Guns.
The Twenties was a decade filled with individuals and
icons who have inspired the rebellious attitudes and
styles of millions.
The 1920’s, more aptly referred to as The Roaring 20’s
was a very prosperous time for America, until the
Great Depression hit in 1929.
Fast forward Eighty years to the current year of 2009,
where video game systems are present in homes all
across the globe.
Our fascination with things like Gangsters and bad behavior
live on in successful game titles such as
Grand Theft Auto, Hit Man, and Max Payne.
And the child in us loves to be set free in
colorfully fun and exotic worlds like Final Fantasy,
Crash Bandicoot, or Mario Cart.
There comes a time when you are playing a video game and you reach a point where you can no longer move forward and you can’t go back,
What can you do?
Well you can go out and spend money on the cheat book with all the answers,….
You can Phone a friend,…….
You can ask the audience,……..
Wait what?
(Just making sure your paying attention)
When things go wrong in the game,
you can always hit the “reset” button.
With the world in the state that it is currently in
economically, spiritually, and mentally, couldn’t
we all use a reset button?
Whether you’re into Halo, or Luciano,
A Fedora, or Dora the Explorer.
